Homemade Sourdough Garlic Croutons
Easy homemade croutons using leftover sourdough bread are perfect for topping salads and soup.

Leftover sourdough bread? Maybe it’s a little stale? Don’t throw it away! Make homemade sourdough croutons!
You will never want to buy bagged croutons from the store again once you realize how easy it is to make your own. Besides these taste so much better than store-bought croutons.
Homemade sourdough croutons are not just for salads! I love to sprinkle them on top of my Tuscan Bean Soup

I like to use them in my French Onion Soup recipe as well. Each spoonful of soup has a bite sized tasty crouton with melted cheese. Have you ever tried to fight through a slice of bread under the melted cheese in French Onion Soup with just a spoon? It’s so frustrating! Problem solved!
