Homemade Sourdough Croutons

These super easy croutons are homemade with leftover sourdough bread and are so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Slice bread into cubes and place in mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle seasonings over bread cubes and mix together evenly.
  • Layer evenly on sheet and bake at 400 for 9-10 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  • After cooling, store in glass container and use as needed.
