Tasty Kale Chips in the Oven
With only 3 ingredients, this kale chip recipe packs a punch with its flavor-but is very easy to make.

- 1 bunch fresh kale leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Nature's Own Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash kale leaves thoroughly with cool water.
Remove tough stem from leaves and discard. Roughly chop leaves into large chunks.
Wash again and dry in a salad spinner or with paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry.
Toss in a bowl with olive oil and massage the leaves for 1-2 minutes making sure they are all totally covered with oil.
Spread the kale chunks evenly across the sheet pan without crowding; cook in batches if needed.
Sprinkle with seasonings evenly.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes and start checking for doneness. You might need to rotate the pan and add a couple minutes at a time until they are lightly bowned and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
