Buffalo Chicken Dip
The bold spicy flavor from the buffalo wing sauce coupled with the blue cheese dressing and cream cheese, make this a blue ribbon appetizer perfect for parties and tailgates!

Buffalo Chicken Dip with corn chip scoops is one of our family’s favorite appetizers. The ingredients are easy to keep on hand in the pantry and fridge. My preference is to keep quart sized bags of shredded rotisserie chicken frozen in the freezer, but you can also use canned premium chicken breast chunks in a pinch.

Simply spread the cream cheese (no need to bring to room temperature) in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish and mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour over the cream cheese and bake.

Add your corn chip scoops to a serving bowl and watch this appetizer disappear!

When I have a party, Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of the appetizers that guests devour and leave with a copy of the recipe in hand. Enjoy!
